The service
CommerceHook receives webhooks at endpoints you create and shows you what arrived. It is a debugging and inspection tool, provided as-is, without a warranty of any kind. We work to keep it fast and available, and we do not promise it will never be down.
Acceptable use
Do not send us content that is illegal to store or transmit, and do not attempt to work around the service limits: 512KB per payload and 60 requests per minute per endpoint, enforced automatically. Free accounts get one endpoint. Using the service to receive data you have no right to receive is your responsibility, not ours.
Billing and cancellation
Pro is £12 per month, billed through Polar as merchant of record. You can cancel at any time through the Polar customer portal linked from your settings; Pro remains active until the end of the period you have paid for, after which your account moves to the Free plan and its limits. Refunds follow Polar's standard process.
Your data
Webhook events are retained for your plan's window (24 hours Free, 90 days Pro) and then permanently deleted. Deleting your account from the settings page removes everything immediately. Theprivacy policy covers the detail.
Termination
We may suspend or terminate accounts that abuse the service, attack it, or use it for unlawful content. Where reasonable we will warn you first. You may leave at any time by deleting your account.
Changes
If these terms change materially we will note the date at the top and, for significant changes affecting paid accounts, email you.
